With deep knowledge of our complete shower product lineup, he’s able to offer helpful guidance and address any questions that come up during field measurements and installation.

Kody joined our team in July 2024 as an outside installer, and from day one he showed an incredible drive to learn and grow. Under the mentorship of Jim, he quickly honed his skills in residential glass replacement, insulated unit installation, and replacement windows and doors.
Kody picked up the trade faster than anyone expected, and his attention to detail and commitment to quality have made him stand out. Today, he’s one of our lead installers, trusted on even the most complex jobs.

Erin joined our team back in 2017, starting in the front office with a focus on the commercial and storefront side of our business. That early experience—and his dedication to learning the ins and outs of our products—helped prepare him to step confidently into the role of Commercial Manager in 2019.
While Erin is knowledgeable about all the products we offer, his true specialty is commercial glass and parts. Whether you need a quote to replace a fogged or broken insulated unit in your business, update a commercial door that’s past its prime, or have a set of blueprints ready for a brand-new storefront, Erin is your go-to expert.

Juan joined our team in October 2007 as an inside shop employee, where he quickly honed his skills cutting glass and mirrors. His dedication to learning didn’t stop there—over the years, he immersed himself in every aspect of what we do, building a deep and versatile expertise that makes him an invaluable part of our team.
Today, Juan is a key member of our Commercial Department. As a commercial glazier, he handles a wide range of projects, from glass replacement and hardware repairs to installing brand-new storefronts. No matter the task, Juan brings precision, reliability, and a strong work ethic to every job.
We’re proud to have Juan on our team—his experience, skill, and commitment help us deliver the quality our customers expect.

If you’ve worked with us anytime in the last couple of decades, there’s a good chance you already know Jim! He’s been a valued member of our team since 2007, and his dedication, craftsmanship, and positive attitude have made him an essential part of our company.

Jim’s specialties include the installation of replacement windows and doors, where his skill and attention to detail have consistently set a high standard. Recently, he transitioned into a new role as an inside shop installer, focusing primarily on the repair of storm windows and screens. His ability to troubleshoot and restore these pieces keeps our customers’ homes protected and looking their best.

Beyond his hands-on expertise, Jim plays a key role in training the next generation of employees. With years of knowledge and experience, he is an integral part of passing down the techniques, work ethic, and customer-first mindset that define our team.
