What a great time in Louisville! Thank you to Schluter for a great training workshop on installing your shower substrates and metals.
It's no wonder you have become the gold standard and leader in water-proof showers!
They gave us REAL thin-set, dietra and floor panels, where we learned to install a total Schluter shower system!
Met up with some Indiana NKBA buddies!
Now to learn to lay ceramic tile!

Exciting to receive a personal tour from the manager at my new favorite restaurant: next to campus.
Since my new office was built to resemble a barn-you understand the appeal. Take any Indiana barn interior: place it in a major metropolis and you now understand the design concept. Beautiful material selections including creative wallpapers, and rough-sawn patterned table tops, well thought-out Space planning including stack back doors that can open to the restaurant section or the back meeting room (open to the rafters), creative lighting layering, great food, nice variety on the menu, beautiful bar and heated patio seating.
is part of and the interiors were done by in Indianapolis, a satellite office out of New York City.

Time to celebrate!
had a big evening last Thursday night.
was recognized for being 1 of the 25 National Winners to receive a grant from to take the certification exam (CKBD).
Our brought home the GOLD by winning "Best Student Focused" event at last month and the chapter deemed the trophy will reside in our office!
Our chapter has won 3 National Awards in the back to back years, and every effort is being made to help Students understands the benefits and satisfaction of having a career in the kitchen and bath industry!
We even shard a toast to member engagement!!

(Kitchen & Bath Industry Show) is in the Books. Some exciting news is coming in March!
All shades from light to deep Purples
were the hottest trend in color, rattan materials/metal inserts populated cabinet doors, popular "Modified Shaker Doors" has even moved into a "Mini-Shaker" door.
Was exciting to meet great-granddaughter Melissa Gault at .
So many highlights, but the most exciting was seeing the pure joy of my design assistant

Coolest demo I saw at the trade show for high school students this week: an adjustable outlet box! No more guessing if the box is in correct position for backsplash tile that hasn't been selected yet.
