Oysters, but make them Quimper 🦪

This spectacular mid-century French oyster service was hand-painted by Guy Trevoux for Henriot Quimper. Against the dramatic black faience ground, shells, starfish and seaweed turn each piece into a little work of marine art.

The complete service for six includes a 16.5” master platter and six oyster plates, with additional coordinating Guy Trevoux pieces available separately at Rose Victoria Antiques.

Because sometimes the oysters should not be the prettiest thing on the table.

👑 Because ordinary storage is terribly dull.

These wonderful antique English brass crown wall pockets once had a practical place by the hearth, holding small kindling for the fire. Today, we think they deserve slightly more glamorous assignments: lavender, perfume, keys, flowers, or whatever little treasures need a suitably regal home.
