Hi, this morning on our walk in Laguna Hills,this little guy followed us for almost a mile and jumped into my car. No collar, no microchip, and very matted. He’s so sweet, great with other dogs. He even let us give him a bath and take out some of his mattes. Does anyone recognize him?
