🌈 Join Our Team at Rainbow Glass & Mirror!

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and dedicated Onsite Office Manager to join our small, family‑run glass company. This is a full‑time, in‑office position on the West Side working closely with Mara (Remote Manager). Knowledge of West Maui properties is a plus. Experience with A/R and QuickBooks is preferred.

We’re a tight‑knit team with a strong reputation and a consistently busy workload. The right person will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting both our customers and our field team.

Responsibilities
-Welcome customers as they arrive at the office
-Answer and manage phone calls and emails
-Accounts Receivable: Enter payments and send paid receipts
-Scheduling: Book installs, service calls, and measurements
-Receive deliveries and document them properly
-Place orders when requested
-Collect and enter data
-General clerical support: including filing, mail handling, organizing, and cleaning

What We’re Looking For
-Strong multitasking, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-QuickBooks experience preferred; must be comfortable learning new software and asking for help when needed
-Familiarity with office equipment (computers, scanners/copiers, phone systems)
-Comfortable using Google Sheets (or Excel/Word), email, and standard office software.
-Training provided for the right candidate

Compensation & Benefits
-Pay based on experience
-Dental, Vision, and Health Insurance after 60 days (full‑time employees)
-Retirement plan with up to 3% employer match after one year
