Today is the anniversary of Hurricane Laura. August 27, 2020 forever changed SWLA. Downtown Lake Charles was no exception. Our lakefront skyline is missing an historic building. On this 6th anniversary of the storm that took that building, I am working on a mosaic in a new shape representing another SWLA icon.
