But the number will never be the part that means the most to me.

What I keep coming back to is the 24 families who trusted me to sit at the table with them during one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Twenty-four different stories, different goals, different reasons for making a move — and I had the privilege of being part of each one.

That kind of trust is something I will never take lightly.

This market requires more than putting a sign in the yard or writing an offer. Strategy matters. Marketing matters. Negotiating matters. Experience matters. I’ve worked hard to sharpen every part of my craft so my clients don’t just make it to the closing table, they walk away knowing they were represented well.

August was filled with sellers, buyers, builder partnerships, negotiations, marketing, problem-solving, and a whole lot of prayer behind the scenes. And I genuinely love every part of it.

There is something so special about taking a property and telling its story in a way that gets people through the door. There’s an entirely different kind of joy in watching a buyer realize, this is the one. And getting to work alongside builders to bring their vision to the market is a privilege I never take for granted.

As I step into September, I’m carrying the same mindset with me: serve well, work hard, stay grateful, and never lose sight of the people behind the numbers.

I’m praying for continued opportunities to serve families, build meaningful relationships, grow in this business, and make an impact far beyond a closing table. Whatever this next month brings, I’m ready for it.
