The biggest mistake buyers make isn't choosing the wrong kitchen; it's choosing the wrong layout for the way they actually live.
When I meet with clients, I rarely start by asking how many bedrooms they need.
Instead, I ask questions like:
• What does a typical Saturday look like?
• Do you love hosting friends?
• Do you work from home?
• Is your home where you recharge?
The answers tell us far more than a floor plan ever could.
An open layout can be perfect for someone who loves entertaining and staying connected with family.
Defined spaces can be the better choice for someone who values privacy, focus, or quiet evenings at home.
Neither is better.
The goal isn't to choose what's trending.
It's to choose a home that supports your lifestyle, today and years from now.
💡 Did you know?
Your floor plan is one of the hardest things to change after your home is built, which is why it's worth spending time choosing a layout that fits how you truly live.
✨ Which feels more like you, an open floor plan or defined spaces?
