Exciting News at DMI!

06/05/2026

We are proud to announce the completion of our latest project, Terra Mia Restaurant in Lake Mary, Florida. It truly was an honor to work with Restaurateur/Owner Massimo Nobile and his incredible staff as we navigated a full remodel that included a beautiful & inviting full-service bar, and a stunning private dining room available for special occasions!

Terra Mia, Lake Mary is a beloved local destination that has been bringing family and friends together for decades and is known for its old-world charm, authentic Italian cuisine, and service that is truly second to none. We were honored to help bring new life to this special place through a stunning transformation that preserves its character while creating a fresh, inviting dining experience.

We invite the community to come see the transformation for yourself, enjoy an incredible meal, and continue making memories at Terra Mia for years to come! terramialakemary.com

As we come to a close on another beautiful project, we took the time to capture some of the stunning spaces of this new custom built 3 Story 5 bed/6 baths, gym. Outdoor resort pool Cabana bar and grill Center.

What started with a conversation of a families desire to live in Fl with ocean views and soft soothing palates finished out perfect for them in the end!

Lydia and I had so much fun working on this project and also with our photo shoot yesterday. We snapped a few photos ourselves as we wait patiently for our newest Coastal home's "professional shots" taken by George Crudo , a well-known real estate photographer we were lucky enough to work with!

Stay tuned for the full upload of all of the professional photos from this shoot!!
