Good morning everyone,
Today's the day, the Avant-Garde Art & Craft Shows in Willoughby, OH!! It is held at the David E. Anderson Senior Center, all day today from 10:00-4:00!! Come check out all the unique vendors and if you see the large Octagon shaped booth, stop by and say hello and check out some of the new items I have to offer!! Hope to see some of y'all there!!

I am pleased to announce that my first Craft show of the season will take place in 4 weeks at the Senior Center in Willoughby, OH, on May 3rd. The event will feature a variety of Avant-Garde Art & Craft Shows vendors showcasing unique crafts and will be open from 10:00-4:00. If you happen to see the big fence picket style booth, where I will be showcasing some new items, stop by and say hello. I look forward to seeing you there.

Hello everyone, After a brief hiatus due to shoulder surgery, I am resuming my updates. I am thrilled to share that my first craft show of the year will take place on May 2nd in Willoughby, OH, with Avant-Garde Art & Craft Shows. I will also be participating in the Hocking Hills outdoor craft show on June 13th and 14th and returning to the Yankee Peddler Festival in September. Further announcements about upcoming shows will follow as the dates draw near. Meanwhile, I am busy redesigning my booth and developing new products, including Nightlights, board games, and trinket boxes. I've been holding off on posting this, because it was a project for my mom for Christmas, it will be set up in the gaming area of Living at Home, a facility my mom manages and coordinates for the elderly. There is a senior center, an adult day center, the caregiver closet where seniors can get supplies such as canes, walkers, wheelchairs, toiletries, and so much more (all donated by the community) amd soon, meals on wheels in the newly rebuilt industrial kitchen. All of the properties on the board are businesses that have come and gone from the past in my hometown of Park Rapids. Alot of them are places my grandparents and my parents have either owned, managed or worked at when they were younger!! The nostalgia of using the older business's is what I was going after with having it set up at Living at Home. A huge shoutout to my Dad, Russ Carmichael and my Aunt Debbie Lamb for helping me with figuring out what businesses to use (and for keeping the secret) and a huge shoutout to my Mom, Connie Carmichael for all that she has done for the Park Rapids community!! I hope the game brings as much joy to the ones that play it as it did for me to build it!!

All set up and ready for day two at Christmas in the Woods at Maplewood School in Ravenna!! Come check out Rebel ReCreations By Zayda and all of her beaded artwork and upcycled ReCreations!! Well, it's been a busy few weeks in the wood shop getting stuff ready for Christmas in the Woods at Maplewood school in Ravenna this weekend (Oct. 31st & Nov. 1st)!! And this year I'll have a partner in my booth, "Rebel ReCreations by Zayda", selling her beaded artwork and repurposed creations!! So stop on by and visit with myself and Zayda and check out all the other unique vendors at Christmas in the Woods!!

Well everyone, the time has come...it is the last weekend of the Yankee Peddler Festival!!! We'll be here today and tomorrow from 10:30-5:30. Come on down and see all the unique crafts from all the vendors, not to mention all the amazing food!! Hope to see some of you there!!
