I have 4 frozen sourdough doughs ready and I’m looking for a few testers!

The first 4 people to stop by Cookies & Cream today between 1:00–8:30 pm will get one FREE.

I’ll provide simple baking directions—all I ask is:
• Bake it within the next week
• Share your feedback on the process and instructions
• Return the banneton

As many of you know, we also own Cookies & Cream in downtown Lake Orion—and we’re officially open for the season!

This time of year is always so exciting, but it also means we take a short pause from teaching sourdough classes while we get things up and running at the shop.
