TGSW The Garage Sale Warehouse is signing up vendors now for our upcoming Sidewalk Sales Series. If you or anyone you know would like to participate in the Saturday Events just once or many times over the summer, now is the time to get signed up! A parking space-sized booth is only $20 per day. Food Vendors, Manufacturer Reps, and Independent Sellers are encouraged to get spaces reserved before we sell out. Call or stop by to sign up. The sale is from 11am to 4pm. If you only master ONE thing this year, make it this:
1) Pick ONE “Booth Theme” for the Week
Most marketing feels random.
A lamp.
A teacup.
A chair.
“Happy Tuesday.”
That’s posting inventory — not creating a reason to visit.
A weekly theme turns your booth into a destination.

Step 1: Choose a Theme That Solves a Shopper Problem
Don’t pick a vibe. Pick a purpose.
Instead of:
“Cute Vintage Finds”
Try:
• “Cozy Cottage Kitchen Week”
• “Vintage Wall Décor Under $25”
• “Giftable Finds Under $20”
• “Spring Porch Refresh”
• “Brass + Wood + Warm Tones”
Why it works:
Shoppers think in needs.
“I need a gift.”
“My kitchen feels boring.”
“My porch needs help.”
A theme gives them a mission.

Step 2: Pull 10–15 Items That Fit
Walk your booth and create a micro-collection.
Example:
“Vintage Wall Décor Under $25”
Group together:
• Small framed art
• Mini mirrors
• Brass wall pieces
• Embroidery hoops
• Small clocks
Now it’s not scattered décor — it’s a ready-made gallery wall.
Why it works:
Grouped items sell in multiples.

Step 3: Change Just 10% of Your Booth
No full reset needed.
• Move related items together
• Add a simple theme sign
• Create one strong focal shelf

Step 4: Let the Theme Drive All Your Content

Real difference:
Booth A posts 5 random items.
Booth B runs “Vintage Wall Décor Under $25 Week.”
Booth B groups, prices, repeats, and signs it clearly.

Pick one theme this week.
