HIRING – Experienced Window & Door Crew Leader (Saint Peters, MO)

Forefront Windows & Doors is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Crew Leader who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to build something special. Also open to a very seasoned installer that is ready for the next step of running their own crew.

What we're looking for:

-Extensive experience with insert and full-frame replacement windows of premium brands
-Entry and patio door installation experience
-Skilled at bending aluminum trim, caulking with clean, professional finishes
-Carpentry skills for headers, trim, etc is a huge bonus.
-Ability to lead a crew, solve problems, and communicate professionally with homeowners
-Someone who values quality, integrity, and doing the job right—not just getting it done

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 $35–$45+/hour base pay based on experience

💰 Healthy performance and quality bonuses—our goal is for A+ installers to have the opportunity to earn six figures

✅ W-2 employee (No 1099)

✅ Paid holidays & PTO

✅ Premium Company tools provided, or compensation if you prefer using your own

✅ Company truck available, or compensation for using your own truck (pending approval)

✅ Year-round work with a growing company

✅ Self improvement through industry certifications and training
