This perspective really helps shift the choices I make in caring for my body and the physical space I inhabit.

From this perspective, you have 3 homes:

The capsule of your physical body

The space of your mind

The physical environment of your home

How do you care for your body?

How do you care for your mind?

How do you care for your home?

They’re all related.

One thing that’s become abundantly clear to me, my choices MUST align with what I want, my values, my intentions...even down to the seemingly mundane.

When I stray from what I want, my act of childish defiance, the repercussions are swift...however subtle.

There’s SO much vast wisdom in this moment we’re collectively sharing. Normally our lives are so chocked full of things we’re told we “should” be doing...our minds keep us so obedient to the status quo.

I personally am relieved and grateful for this pause from “reality”. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still struggling through it for various reasons, however I’m learning what’s intrinsically me and what was just “story” I bought into...agreed to.

I hope what I’m offering through Integral Design speaks to what your spirit remembers and knows. I hope this approach conjures the parts of you that long to dance in this world in a new and radiant way.
