Hope everyone had a great Christmas! I want to thank all my customers for your support and orders! And wish everyone a Happy New Year.

I had a few orders that were ordered and not picked up. Which is very disappointing and frustrating. I reached out to each of you for pick up. Some responded with pick up days and never showed and others just ignored the message. So with that being said.. All orders will need to be prepaid for before order is started and completed.

These orders that were personalized and not picked up, That item is no longer available.

First let me say.. I try my best to accommodate everyone. I do not ask for payment upfront, but I'm thinking I need to start, especially for personalized items.
