Lakefield, get ready! 👀⛳

We’ve teased this project long enough...it’s finally time to start sharing some of the inside scoop on the future of Valley Brook Golf Course!

This rendering gives you a first look at the warm, welcoming gathering space currently being brought to life. From the cozy fireplace and relaxed seating and dining areas to the golf simulator and views of the course, this space is being designed for so much more than golf. It will be a place to gather, unwind, connect and enjoy right here in our awesome little community.

This is only the beginning…We can’t wait to share more!

The Checkered Cottage is almost wrapped up, and we’re already sad to see this one come to an end. 🖤

This has been such a fun and special project to be part of from the ground up, and working with Jennifer through the whole process has been such a joy.

We have just a couple of tiny details left to finish, and then I’ll be heading back up there for the long-awaited AFTER photos of this absolutely stunning home. Trust me… it’s going to be worth the wait.

Thank you Jennifer - for trusting our team with your beautiful new home. We’re so grateful we got to be part of bringing it all together.

Get ready, Lakefield… something exciting is taking shape at Valley Brook Golf Course! ⛳️

The foundation for the new clubhouse and event center is underway, and we’re one big step closer to bringing this project to life. We can’t wait to start sharing the designs we’ve been working on for each space — there is so much good stuff coming.

The Okabena Oasis project is coming together with warm wood tones, creamy neutrals, subtle pattern, cozy texture, and just the right touch of lakeside charm.

We’ve been keeping this design a secret for months… and now we finally get to share! 🍨✨

These are the design concept renderings we created for Sundae Social in Byron, Illinois — not photos! Since the public got to experience the finished space for the first time when the doors opened last week, we had to keep this sweet little design under wraps until the big reveal.

Now we get to show you part of the process that helped get it there.

Soft sherbet tones, tropical wallpaper, rattan textures, globe lights, surfboard details, coral paneling, and a curved wood-slat counter all came together to create a space that feels playful, nostalgic, fresh, and so happy.

We designed this project completely remotely from several hours away. Katie and her family are so excited to visit later this summer!
