My first bad review on Etsy just ruined my week!

Customer basically said the file was corrupt and the one she wanted wasn't in there. Well which one was it, you couldn't open it or you bought the wrong one? Make it make sense?

She DEMANDED a refund on the review, not in a message (its a non refundable item because it's a download and I test them all before I sell them!) I still refunded her (what's $1.00 even worth now a days?) and there is no fixing for reviews for Etsy (unlike Amazon) and I can't fight the review 🫣

If you dont know how to download a file just reach out to the creator...
Leaving a bad review because you can't figure out what you're doing destroys all the hardwork and dedication I put into my shop 😔
