I have finished up the projects following the Gator Cutlery Show and will begin my apprenticeship into custom folders. I’ve decided to make slip joint folders, the kind of knife that our fathers and grandfathers would have carried in their pockets. I’m so excited, I can hardly stand it! Knives like these.
