Drawing Class has just begun and we already have a great start on a couple fennec foxes! Rather than starting the blocking using a standard circle, we chose to use a diamond shape with the guidelines. I think it was a very effective choice! In the weeks ahead, we'll add a body & focus more on creating fur and shading. It'll be fun to see how they change over time! 🦊

We had a great time at the first Studio Showdown! I chose the crow painting because I knew one of the painters was eying it up. 😃 Somehow, the adults got all of the challenges! To name a few... painting with tin foil, a large foam brush, a sponge, and painting with the non-dominant hand.. No worries! I haven't spoiled all the surprises!
