These are 12x24 vinyl tile planks. Large install: kitchen, dining room, hall, entry, and living room. Pretty tricky leveling situation...had to reach deep into our bag of tricks👍🏼

Lot's of prep work to make this floor suitable for a vinyl plank installation. Did you know- subfloors are supposed to have no more than 3/16" variation in 10 feet. We do. We nailed it!

This Vertical Grain Fir was delivered to Herron Island last Friday. Delivery made but had a 3 hour delay waiting for the ferry. Apparently the ramp motor broke on the mainland side. When we finally arrived there was a guy with a ½ inch Milwaukee drill making this ramp go up and down. Hopefully they get it fixed in time for our install this week!

Happy Friday! Wrapped up a big one today. 1200 square feet of vinyl plank installation, 270 feet of new base molding over an existing hydronic heat system. Oh, and the removal of old material = tile, carpet, and engineered hardwood. Complicated and fun. We have water resistant products for your flooring needs
