You’ve got to love closets.

Those storage spaces are a big deal to potential homebuyers even if they don’t realize it.

Tip: When you clean out your wardrobe closet, it’s always a good idea to remove anything from the closet floor.

Also, limit the clothing and accessories as much as possible. Store about half or two-thirds of the clothing off-site, if possible.

This allows potential buyers the chance to see how much of their own clothing could fit in their possible future closet.

If you love pets as much as I do. This may not matter as much to you if you see pets in the photos or even at a personal showing!

However, if you want to widen your pool of prospective buyers, consider taking photos of the house with no sign of pets.

Without signs of pets in the home, it helps avoid assumptions that the property isn’t well kept and the buyer may face unexpected surprises from the results of your client’s pet ownership.
