1. Wrought Iron & Leather Daybed (IMG_5326 + 5327)

Statement piece just in! Ornate wrought iron sleigh frame with thick oxblood leather cushions. Hand-forged scrollwork, animal motifs, incredible patina. Perfect as a daybed, entry bench, or boutique sofa. Come test it out at Cobblestone Too.

2. Asian Prayer / Wedding Cabinet (IMG_5323, 5324, 5325)

Rare antique Asian prayer cabinet — 2 tier stacked design with original embossed panels, seal script characters and floral carvings, original brass temple hardware. Great storage, even better soul. This is the one people stop and stare at.

3. Japanese Wedding Cabinet (IMG_5338)

Japanese wedding cabinet in burl wood with butterfly hinges and coin pulls. Drawers on top, double doors in the center. Beautiful grain and warm tone — perfect as a bar, entry cabinet, or bedroom chest.

4. Chinese Apothecary / Hidden Drawer Chest (IMG_5337)

Chinese apothecary chest — 15 small drawers on top with calligraphy labels, 2 brass-bound doors below hiding more storage, 3 bottom drawers. Classic collector's piece, ideal for jewelry, spices, or small treasures.

5. Restoration Hardware Large Leather Ottoman (IMG_5336)

HUGE Restoration Hardware tufted leather ottoman — black distressed leather, deep button tufting, brass nailhead detailing. Coffee table, footrest, extra seating — does it all. These retail for a fortune, ours is priced to move.

For the first time in 30 years, the complete private storage vault of renowned modernist painter and professor Silvio Carl Fracassini is open to the public for a massive estate sale!
Fracassini was an icon of regional mid-century art—studying under Vance Kirkland and Walt Kuhn exhibiting at the Denver Art Museum, and teaching fine art at DU and the University of Iowa.
