WE ARE OPEN!

Dear Valued AOS Client and Family,

Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, The Art of Sound has taken steps to ensure the safety of both our clients and staff through strict, in-office and on-premises safety protocol. We are pleased to share with you that throughout the next months, we are gradually working towards a safe return to in-office listening experiences, product demos and consultations. We understand this is not a time to let our guard down, and our staff will continue diligently working to ensure the safety of those who seek our high-quality services and products. Now that the risks and spread of COVID-19 are better understood, we are taking the following precautions, as well as requiring participation from our beloved clients, to minimize exposure and help you feel confident in receiving the AOS experience.

Showroom Policies

Cleaning

Thorough cleaning of our showrooms and equipment takes place between each client’s visit, along with disinfecting of our front desk areas and frequently touched surfaces.

Social Distancing

Clients are being asked to wait in their cars and call in for their appointment by calling (609-483-5000). An AOS staff member will contact you when John is ready for you in-office. We are encouraging 6 ft of social distancing, whenever possible, including wearing masks.

Call in Appointments

While we are pleased to welcome you back to the office we are limiting the number of appointments each day. The goal is to have less individuals in our office at the same time, reducing your exposure to others.

Client Policies

Wear a Mask

All clients should bring a mask to wear at all times when in our office. Our staff members are also required to wear a mask and appropriate personal protective equipment.

No Visitors

At this time, please no visitors. Exceptions may be made for medically necessary assistance, with advance notice.

Stay Home if You Are Not Feeling Well

If you are experiencing fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please call us to reschedule your visit to when you are feeling better.

Hand Washing

Upon entry to the facility, take advantage of our hand sanitizer station, or stop by the restroom to wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

AOS Connected

The best way to stay connected to us is on our social media channels and website for the latest information regarding services, products and policy changes.

Hello Unplugged enthusiasts, if you missed our email earlier this week: Regretfully, we have made the careful decision to postpone tonight's performance, due to our obligation to protect our patrons and staff. A quintessential feature of the Unplugged experience is to encourage an intimate exchange, which involves communal, light-fare, and refreshments. Since it is our foremost goal to host you with the complete Unplugged experience, we cannot confidently do so, taking recent virus-related shutdowns and concerns into consideration. We will be sure to update you on any rescheduled dates. Wishing everyone good health for you and your loved ones.
