"Do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life"
This is what I strive to do. I know, I KNOW, what I want to do is not a realistic career choice. I love to crochet, I wish I'd been able to learn a long time ago when my mom tried to teach me. Now that I'm creating these things and hearing stories of toddlers terrorizing their mothers for the things I make (true story 🤣), im getting help from a friend who's had her business a lot longer and is amazing at selling stuff, im moving forward.
I absolutely would love to crochet full time. I'd have time to go to craft shows, make new patterns, make new projects of patterns I've bought but haven't had the time to make. There's so much potential in what I do but I'm lacking the time and funds to do so. Mostly the time.
I WILL have my business running at the very least part time. I dont know when, but I'm working towards at least that. I want to bring smiles to people's faces. Even if they are dumb little plushies to some. I know now that some people think they're amazing and that's more than enough for me.
I know starting a business is not easy. It's a slow and painful process. However, my goal, it's to get there. If not full time, at the very minimum part time. And you all are the reasons I keep going. My friends, family and customers. You inspire me to do something I love. It's just massively unrealistic to gift these things as I would be losing so much money on yarn alone 😅 your girl is too broke for that lol.
