At Boxwood & Mum you will find wrought iron, leather and wood home decor, all handmade with love in Lancaster County, PA, USA. Inspired by my Dad who loved all things handmade, Boxwood & Mum is a shop full of Lancaster County Handmade Goodness. At Boxwood & Mum, you will find both products I have personally designed and made in addition to handmade items I have found local to my home in Lancaster

County, PA. I enjoy "treasure hunting" off back roads in the heart of Lancaster County farmland to bring to my shop quality products made from the most hard-working and friendly Amish makers. It brings the scent of pine wood and the sound of horses and chickens in the barn connected to their workshop. They work by gas lamp and with natural materials like leather and wood. My phone rings at 6 am and I know it is one of my suppliers calling me to let me know they have my order ready. They welcome me into their shops to see their processes and we swap business ideas and also talk family. They've become my friends along this adventurous shop-ownership journey. As with all pieces made from natural materials like wood and leather, Boxwood & Mum product colors and markings vary slightly as each piece is individually handmade – no two pieces are exactly the same.
