Some of our favorite projects start in unlikely places, and this one started on Lebanon Valley College 's gym, where we began picturing the setting for one of the biggest nights in the school's history.

LVC was celebrating the launch of Ever Forward, a $100 million campaign supporting student scholarships, academic excellence, and the student experience, and they wanted the room to feel worthy of that moment.

Our task was to create a multi-experiential environment, a space within a space. We brought in layered drapery, chandeliers, and lighting to warm the room and make it feel intimate yet elevated, with a real sense of occasion. The furniture and layout were planned so guests could move easily between conversations, settle in, and enjoy the evening together.

By the time the doors opened, it didn't feel like a gym at all, and that's really the point of what we do. With the right planning and design, we can transform any space, no matter how small or large.

Congratulations to Lebanon Valley College on a beautiful launch, and thank you for trusting the ShuCrew to help bring your incredible vision to life. Ever forward 💙

This is what transformation looks like. A rustic barn, a vision, and a team dedicated to bringing every detail to life — from the florals overhead to the moment they share the dance floor.

We don't just set the stage.

We set the scene for memories that last a lifetime.

The details you never see are the ones that make all the difference. Behind every seamless event is a workbench, a skilled hand, and a team that takes the craft seriously.
Plan • Design • Transform — it starts here.

Great events don't happen by accident — they're built. Every truss, every light, every case loaded with care is part of a plan designed to bring your vision to life. That's the Shumaker difference: Plan • Design • Transform, from setup to showtime.

It starts long before the lights come up. From load-in to final cue, our team plans every detail, designs every setup, and transforms empty rooms into unforgettable experiences. This is what Plan • Design • Transform looks like in motion.
