We are set up and ready to serve this morning on the west side of the square in Kirksville....towards the theater. And for those who have been asking...we do have Banana Bread today! Regular Banana Bread, Taste of the Tropi Banana Bread and Gluten-free Banana Bread! Come see us today and stock up....we won't be at the market for the next 2 weeks!

We are set up this morning at the Farmer's Market with just the baked items due to the rain. You can find us in the parking lot on the north side of the courthouse. Buy 1 item get the 2nd for half price! We have broght our pickle loaves and a chocolate chip oatmeal loaf....as well as some of our other new flavors from last week and regular favorites. We have bagels...plain, asiago, everything and pumpkin flavors.

A new loaf experiment was performed today....Havarti Cheese & dill pickle loaf. I wasn't sure if I would actually like it, but Adam and I tried it while it was still warm and it was delightful! I will have 2 loaves of this type available on Saturday at the Kirksville market.

What is on my mind? Bread. I have finished the baking, packaging and pricing for tomorrow's booth! We have several new flavors in our booth this weekend and some new items as well. Bagels...2 kinds, pumpkin and Everything... Cranberry Chevre Rosemary Sourdough, Orange Vanilla Creme Sourdough, Gingerbread Sourdough, French Onion Parmasan Sourdough, Strawberry Nutella Sourdough, and Peanutbutter & Jelly Sourdough. We also have our Pecan Sticky Buns and Peanutbutter Sticky Buns. Tomorrow's a special market day since it is also the Red Barn Festival Weekend...the booth will be open from 7 am - 4pm...With my husband, Oscar running it after 3p.m. (Tomorrow is also the paint nite at the Schuyler County Library, at 5 p.m.....which I will be teaching/instructing) Very busy weekend!

We are set up beside the Cedar Meadow Farm's breakfast booth this morning! We have our hand-dyed yarns along, but are waiting until the chance of showers passes before setting them out. We have 67 baked items, including Cinnamon Apple Focaccia, Mocha Chocolate Chip Sourdough, Pumpkin shaped pumpkin Sourdough and many of our regular flavors. Coasters and fabric scrunchies are 25% off this month!

Well the first fingerless glove for my daughter's birthday this month is finished. Now to cast on the 2nd one....It will wait until tomorrow. But the pattern for these is 93% written with 4 different sizes to choose from. Just a bit of math to finish for figuring out the finger pieces.

After yesterday's very, very warm, but yet successful, day at the market, I was ready for a day of rest. We enjoyed a very meaningful worship service at church, had delicious meal together, came home and had a short nap. Chatted with my son, who is in his 3rd year at Pensacola Christian College...and completed some knitting. On the scarf project, I knit 15.5 inches of the 4th 54 inch scarf....that means I have only 39.5 inches to go!! I turned the heel on the 1st of mom's birthday socks. And added 10.5 rounds to this sweater design. A pretty great day, in my opinion. 😊🧶
