A little sneak peek behind the scenes Today was so fun making a Jewish and Indian wedding Chuppah/Mandap! How fun! Over 500 carnations hand sewn, yes I totally ran straight for a massage after this lovely event setup was complete, but it was soooooo worth it!

This was a super fun colorful wedding shot by (sorry we had to crop your beautiful work to keep the couple and guests out of them as they are teachers… which is so sweet and I wouldn’t want my students snooping either lol) We had to share this bouquet though! It was one of my faves to make…. I love them all, but is so much fun playing with different combos, I was praying for poppies to be around but they weren’t:-(

About last night! I love hearing back from our amazing couples, sometimes, during the wedding, as soon as it’s over middle of the night which I love, or the next day! Here are just a few! Thank you all for trusting in Team LUSH, we wouldn’t be here without all of our amazing couples! Seeing positive feedback makes all the craziness it takes to be a florist, especially a wedding florist, a job I love, life consuming and all. I sleep, breathe, live flowers…. These bring happy tears to my eyes and my heart melts!

Let’s talk carnations and carnation hacks!!! Because they need way more credit than given, can fluff up every event, come in loads of so many cool colors, and are totally back in style, and should never go back out ever again…
