I did not know any of the victims of the Waukesha parade tragedy, but it has deeply affected me. I am heartbroken for the families and want to help them somehow. They are constantly in my thoughts and prayers, but I’d like to help them monetarily as well. Many of you know that I crochet and my Latte Crochet booth is at Main St. Blooms & Boutique in Lannon. Starting today and going through Christmas, I will be donating 50% of my sales to the United for Waukesha Community Fund. Stop by and pick up some gifts for your loved ones, and give them all extra hugs this season. ❤️ Life is precious!

It’s been a long time since I picked up my hooks! A custom order from one of my customers at a shop got me going again, and I whipped these out this morning. Felt good to have yarn in my hands again! The earwarmers and purple beanie are now at Main St. Blooms & Boutique

Something new for reopening of the shops I’m at! Wine cozies with straps! Perfect fun gift for wine tastings, bachelorette parties, girls night out, etc! My community is AMAZING! Because of some generous people who heard about my cause, I now have some pretty colors of yarn and beautiful buttons to work with. I love how you’ve rallied around me to spread the love! 44 down, 70 and counting to go...

Been crocheting these all day for those in our community’s medical field. Fingers are starting to feel numb...but it’s worth it! Thank you to our heroes on the front lines! I hope these help save your ears! May God keep you safe! ❤️❤️❤️

I haven’t crocheted in awhile, but all the hearts in people’s windows inspired me to crochet my own version to bring me comfort and hope when I see it, and I pray it does the same for others! The hearts remind me of God’s unending love for us, and that he has asked us to love other people. I made the hearts in the colors of the rainbow to remind me of God’s promises and mercy to us (God set a rainbow in the sky after the Flood as a covenant of grace to Noah). Thanks to my son Conner for helping!
