We want to take a moment to provide an update to our customers and community as we continue working toward reopening following the fire at our Lansing location.

We are making progress every day, but there are still several final details that need to be completed before we can officially reopen our doors. At this time, we anticipate that we may need a couple more weeks. We do not want to announce an exact reopening date until we are confident we can meet it.

Most importantly — YES, Best Furniture Outlet has every intention of reopening! ❤️

For our customers with existing orders, reservations, warranties, refunds, or other concerns: our team is continuing to document and work through each situation individually. We understand that waiting for answers can be frustrating, and we sincerely appreciate your continued patience while our normal operations and access remain limited.

We know this process has taken longer than anyone hoped, including us. There are many moving pieces behind the scenes, and we are working hard to make sure everything is handled properly so we can come back stronger and ready to serve you.
