Laramie Main Street Alliance is proud to announce Jill Neely as our Outstanding Volunteer for Quarter One, 2026!
Jill was born in Ithaca Michigan and graduated high school in Gladwin MI. She enjoys travel and lived abroad for a short time in Guatemala. She and her son, Cian, now reside in Laramie where he will soon attend UW.
She and Cian have an organizing and interior decorating business called: “Fox in the White Lilacs.” Looking to the future with the business, her son was awarded the “trustees scholarship”¹ and is attending the University of Wyoming in the fall, majoring in architectural, structural engineering or construction management. When he graduates they plan on expanding the business.
She also loves to cook healthy food, camping and helping her son reach his goals.
Jill has been involved with the Design Committee for several years, and describes volunteering for Main Street a positive experience, with a “fun and relaxing” atmosphere. She enjoys working on the facade grants especially because; “The grants help to improve or to provide upkeep to storefronts”.
She writes: “It is good to see these improvements, whether for the purpose of aesthetic improvements or maintenance.”
We often see Jill stop by the office to check in and ask about various projects or tasks that need attention. She goes above and beyond her hourly commitment to the Design team, making sure important details are not forgotten. She is a dedicated hard worker, focused on what needs to be done. She always shows up with a smile and positive vibe. Jill is a much welcomed addition to our fabulous volunteer base, and we want to thank and honor her with the recognition
of outstanding service to Main Street and our community.
From all of us here, a huge thanks and congratulations to Jill Neely!
