Before ➡️ After — Solid Pine Hardwood Repair

An A/C leak caused significant water damage to the existing hardwood flooring in this home, leaving sections that could no longer be saved.

Instead of replacing the entire floor, Dynamic Flooring & Tile removed the damaged areas and installed new solid pine hardwood, doing our best to match the size, layout, and character of the original flooring and tie everything together as seamlessly as possible.

The installation portion is now complete! Next, the new and existing hardwood will be professionally sanded, stained, and finished together to blend the repair and bring these floors back to life.

Another beautiful Luxury Vinyl Plank installation completed! 🔥

This 1,200 sq. ft. project came with substantial subfloor issues that required extra time, precision, and attention to detail before a single plank could be installed. We took the time to properly correct and flatten the subfloor, bringing it as close to manufacturer specifications as possible to ensure a long-lasting, professional installation.

This home had a serious 5 inch structural drop and it took a lot of additional adjustments to get this right.

The extra preparation paid off—the finished floor came out absolutely beautiful. Quality flooring isn’t just about the material you see; it’s about the craftsmanship and foundation beneath it.

Finished up another project today, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. We removed the old tile, prepped the concrete, leveled the floor, and installed beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring. We finished it off with new quarter round and clean, professionally caulked trim for a polished, finished look.

This office recently experienced a plumbing leak beneath the existing tile floor, requiring plumbers to cut into the concrete to make the repair. Now it’s our turn to bring it back to life!

We’re replacing the damaged tile with a beautiful luxury vinyl plank (LVP) floor that blends seamlessly with the existing flooring throughout the office, creating a clean, cohesive look.

At Dynamic Flooring by Jones LLC, we believe the most important part of any flooring installation is the preparation. Before any installation begins, we take the time to properly protect the customer’s space by covering cabinets, countertops, and surrounding areas with plastic to keep dust and debris contained.
