Just took a little spin through my rain-kissed garden and gathered a few treasures to create this beauty story on my kitchen window sill. 🌿✨ There’s nothing like flinging open the windows and doors after a storm—to let the fresh air in and the old energy out.

Thinking I’ll burn a bit of sage or palo santo to seal it all in sweetness. Do you do anything to freshen up your space after the rain?

It’s that time again. I grew up with my mom forcing bulbs in our house and now I do it, too. Forcing bulbs indoors is a simple yet profound ritual—inviting the beauty of Nature to awaken within our homes during the wet and cold of the Winter season. It also reminds us to nurture our own inner Nature. Sending out Love to all my Soothe Program sisters that are nurturing it all during our Winter Break. 🌷❄️
