CEO & Lead Decorator, Laura Sullivan: As owner of My Favorite Design, Laura has been curating one of a kind looks for our clients across the Las Vegas Valley. In these last 6 months, she has created bespoke residential spaces, luxury condominium communities, and has brought her talent to Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, and beyond. The Condominiums at The District The District at Green Valley Ranch have an awesome rooftop for residents to enjoy…but it needed a facelift and that’s exactly what My Favorite Design delivered 👏🏻

Complete with brand new appliances, lounge seating, poolside games, and sleek granite countertops…this rooftop is now a desert oasis. Without reconstructing the layout of the space, our team visualized a much more friendly, cohesive, and welcoming rooftop that could be enjoyed by all ages.

Behind every good home is a beautifully handcrafted mood board. My Favorite Design has built a business centered around luxurious living & high-end style. Our clients feel confident, comfortable and at ease with our services because we bring out the most innovative products for our MFD family 👏🏻

The Condominiums at The District at Green Valley Ranch were no exception. Thoughtfully decorated and strategized by Laura Sullivan, these three residential spaces were reimagined into contemporary, chic and elegant community spaces for residents to enjoy all year long. The three mailrooms, as shown in these images, were transformed from outdated and cold tiled rooms into vibrant, textured spaces that say WOW.
