🚨 FREE PATTERN 🚨

Today is Breast Cancer Awareness Day, so it’s my annual reminder to you to do your screenings. And if it takes posting a reminder of a free pattern to get attention for the reminder, so be it.

Remember, your annual mammogram should be free through your health insurance. Don’t have insurance? There are tons of non-profit organizations out there that can help you locate where to get one for free. Don’t be afraid to reach out.

Not old enough to be considered a candidate for an annual mammogram? Do your self checks at home, make sure you’re seeing your doctor on an annual basis, etc.

Sadly I think most of us know someone that has been affected by breast cancer. We need to keep talking about it and supporting each other, and not just during the month of October. All the time.

A little peek behind my process (sometimes) for picking colors for new designs. I’m currently undecided between these 2 color palettes, so I’ll pull skeins of all of them and do a floss toss on the yellow fabric I’ll be using.
