Sometimes all it takes is a simple refresh—and we’re here to help make it happen!

In this office project, we worked primarily with the existing finishes and furniture. As the client expanded into an adjacent space, we ensured a seamless transition by extending those finishes into the new area. Throughout the original space, we refreshed the artwork and décor, upgraded the lobby furniture and finishes, and replaced the conference room seating to give the entire office a fresh, cohesive feel.

We developed a design concept for a high-end puppy boutique here in Las Vegas. The client approached us with the goal of elevating the overall aesthetic of the space to better reflect the luxury and exclusivity associated with their brand. They wanted a boutique environment that not only showcased their adorable puppies but also offered a refined and upscale atmosphere for their clientele. Our design intent was to blend elegance with warmth—incorporating sophisticated finishes, soft lighting, and thoughtfully curated fixtures to create an inviting yet opulent shopping experience. Branding was a key focus throughout the process, with elements such as custom signage, branded color palettes, and tailored display solutions all working together to reinforce the client's identity as the premier destination for luxury pet lovers. In October, Rhodes Ranch celebrated the grand reopening of their long-awaited Recreation Center, marking a major milestone for the community. The facility had been closed to homeowners for over a year due to renovations, and its return was met with great anticipation and excitement. In April, WHL was brought on board to collaborate with the Homeowners Association (HOA) and their general contractor to help bring the updated vision for the space to life. Tasked with a fast-paced timeline, our team jumped into action—working closely with all stakeholders to thoughtfully select finishes, furnishings, and equipment (FF&E) that would not only elevate the aesthetic but also meet the practical needs of a highly active residential community.

The design direction focused on creating a fresh, modern environment that felt welcoming, functional, and durable enough for daily use. Every detail—from flooring and lighting to furniture and fixture selections—was chosen to reflect a contemporary style while supporting the variety of activities and amenities the center offers, including fitness, lounging, and social gathering areas.
Despite the compressed schedule, the result is a beautifully updated space that feels both sophisticated and community-focused. The newly renovated Recreation Center now serves as a vibrant hub for Rhodes Ranch homeowners—a place where they can relax, connect, and enjoy everything their neighborhood has to offer. We’re proud to have contributed to a project that adds lasting value to such a well-loved part of the community.
