As an expert in closet reorganization, I thought I'd share my favourite hangers to use in my clients closets as well as my own.

The thin velvety kind (without the hooks on the front) and Z hangers. I have found these two types create the most space in a closet, especially one that is overflowing!

Both types are readily available - Amazon, Ross, Marshals etc.

The thin hangers have different colour metal hanger parts as well as various colour velvety marerial on the hanger itself.

The Z hangers are for trousers (pants), capris, leggings etc. They are metal with a thin rubber/ridged plastic cover on the bar (not thick foam). I find the thick foam ones defeat the purpose of saving space so I always opt the the thin ones as shown in the photos below.
