Big news for people visiting the San Juans for fall color. 🍂

Yesterday, it was announced that Owl Creek Pass and the Cimmarons would be reopening immediately after being closed due to the Gold Mountain fire. This area was supposed to be closed until December, but thanks to firefighters, first responders, and mother nature, the fire is now 100% contained. I'm beyond excited to know we will be able to access this beautiful place once again for our upcoming fall run.

I was asked recently about my favorite photos. One of the photos I showed them was this one. I think it's one of my favorites because of how awesome the day was when I captured it. It's hard to beat the excitement of waking up on an autumn morning in the mountains to fresh snowfall :)
