Most maintenance staff who handle street lights will tell you their biggest challenge is keeping homeowners, who live under their streetlights, happy. DECOLights is a proud representative of many great lines. One of our newer partnerships is with CCL, Custom Contract Lighting. They literally have every style of decorative interior product and some I didn't even know existed. While searching for product for a design project I was working on I stumbled across this gem of a product called the Wide Big Ears Pendant. I think there's some folks in Anaheim who would love this hanging in their lobbies.

File this under the "why didn't I think of that" section! Such a simple way to dress up these otherwise mundane products! The really nice one is the beveled edge (or regressed door frame for us "legacy" lighting folks). Get them on your Mobern panel or add them to your existing panels to dress up a space. They're also in the process of coming up with more with a version with more negative space so the efficiency isn't affected as much. Start planning in your head now, where you're going to put these on your next design OR what client you're going to call back and say "remember those boring flat panels...". Oh and they are Made in the USA!

DECOLights recommends Signtex low voltage central battery system for any project where we are responsible for the emergency lighting recommendation. Because of their use of low voltage relays inside roughly 1/4 of the fixtures and because we can regulate the output of the LED board in each of the fixtures, we are able to use a Central Inverter to meet Southern Nevada's stringent 1FC maintained Egress code while keeping costs lower than "factory installed battery packs", while creating better Egress uniformity, and automated maintenance checks. For most projects, this is the lowest cost emergency lighting system for initial cost and for total cost of ownership.
