This layout is breaking presentation rules as a non typical 11x17 format which I've been doing for over a decade and honestly, I want to know if this version makes more sense.

It is branded for my company Bada Haus and I want to see what the format needs for tweaking with the Instagram post 😁

Presentation is the FF&E for the desert modern meets organic contemporary concept I posted before.

What I suck at. And don't get it twisted LOL.

I’ve always been the type to handle everything myself. Gay and child of immigrants....I thought strength meant doing it all alone and not needing anyone. But that gets heavy.

I’m learning that real strength is being open, asking for help, letting people show up, and actually letting myself be supported.

Connection and relationship matter more than the performance of independence.

No more chasing. Just being real and present. Thank you Gary Vee

30 seconds to change your life... Mel Robbins Let them theory theory did for me what I couldn't do for myself and it's so simole. 2 years ago, let's say... Yes, I did somewhat go through a midlife crisis. Wrong partner, environments and not looking after myself. I'm so happy to say that I turn 42 today and I'm still a work in progress however, the majority of negativity is gone! 🙋

Would you wait? Custom design is never instant, but the payoff lasts a lifetime. In this case with a 10 year warranty. These chairs were 3 months in the making, and made in the USA. The outside back upholstery adds just the right amount of color, texture, and design to the walnut and cream chairs and the blue counter stools are just the chefs kiss.

Big sofa, bigger solution. 🛋️ Custom sofa table got delivered. There was an issue with the middle flexing since the sofa is 10'0" wide. We added a vertical metal piece so the quartzite won’t crack. Progress looks good!
