Our 5 story 150 unit multi family project is nearing completion. The developer was extremely happy with the product so we are starting another larger 255 unit in the southwest area.

End of year project update: downtown custom residence

While our client is starting to nestle into their newly renovated home. We reminisce on the process and construction milestones throughout. It takes a great client for a great project and this client has an amazing eye for detail and design and was hands on throughout the entire process. We're happy and proud to have been part of turning this 1960's home into their new abode.

A couple years ago we were given the opportunity to work in a neighborhood we adore with a great client and an ambitious design challenge to keep as much of the original footprint as possible, completely reconfigure the interiors, and modernize the overall feel to speak to the family’s aesthetic.

As part of the remodel and expansion of the historic 201 S LVB building, sometimes referred to as the Post Office Building designed by Walter Zick & Howard Sharp, our latest project, Baguette Cafe will be one of the many new food and beverage concepts part of that development that we can’t wait for.
