As summer comes to a close, what summer food will you miss the most?

What's your favorite summer recipe? I like to experiment with barbeque sauces. I was given a cookbook from my sister Leesa Haslam years ago from Jack Daniels that had an entire section on not just sauces but dry rubs. THAT entered an entire new chain of thought for me. Pampered Chef has several sauces as well as dry rubs, not to mention an extensive dry spice mixes. Our favorite is their Carnitas. I will post my other favorites below.
