no bake energy balls with oats, nuts & chocolate 🍫🥜
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or peanuts), chopped
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix oats, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, chia seeds, and salt
In another bowl, stir together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well until combined
Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands
Place them on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week
