Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or peanuts), chopped
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix oats, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, chia seeds, and salt
In another bowl, stir together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well until combined
Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands
Place them on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week

Creamy Hamburger Hash Brown Casserole 🥔🥩🧀😋

Ingredients:

* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 (30 oz) bag frozen hashbrowns, thawed
* 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
* 1 cup sour cream
* 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/2 cup diced onion
* Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until beef is browned; drain excess fat.
3. In a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Stir in cooked beef and onion mixture.

Ingredients:

- ¾ cup honey
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Make crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 8 minutes. Let cool.
3. Make filling: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until butter turns amber and smells nutty (about 5 minutes). Let cool slightly.

Ingredients:
- 6 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), halved and seeded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup cooked quinoa or rice
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or pepper jack cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pepper halves in a baking dish.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft (about 3–4 minutes).
3. Add zucchini and corn, cooking for another 5 minutes until tender.

Instructions:
