When we work together, we get to know each other in a very real way.

We walk through big decisions, long timelines, family routines, job site updates, selections, changes, questions, and all the little moments that happen in between.

By the end, it rarely feels like I’m just working on a home.

I know your family. I know how you live. I know what matters to you. And I care deeply about the people who will live inside the home we’re creating together.

So today, I wanted to introduce you to one of the most important little people in my world.

This is our girl, Eleanor.

She is celebrating her 5th birthday, preparing for preschool, and bringing all the princess tea party magic into our Memorial Day weekend.

Happy birthday, Eleanor. We love watching you grow.

Hope you and yours have had an amazing Memorial Day weekend!

Today, we’re thinking about the families spending this long weekend in homes they spent months, sometimes years, creating, and the clients who are still in the building process now.

There is something meaningful about watching a home move from floor plans, selections, site visits, and conversations into the place where real life begins to happen.

The first long weekend in a new home. The first time family gathers in the kitchen. The first summer with the doors open, the patio full, and the spaces being used exactly the way they were imagined.

At Reflect Interiors, we’re grateful to be part of such a personal process for our clients. We get to know how they host, how their family moves through a home, what they value, and what they want life to feel like once the build is complete.

We’re especially excited for the clients who are building now and will be spending Memorial Day weekend in their new homes next year.

Wishing everyone a meaningful Memorial Day weekend as we remember and honor those who served.
