Did a spa day at SoJo in Edgewater, NJ last week with my very good friend Cris.

This place has 7 floors of pampering 😊. Parts of the day you feel like you’re on an island vacation and then you look and you are overlooking NYC, the Hudson River and the George Washington bridge …. WOW stunning views.

The Spa has so much to do inside and outside. I tried the volcanic sand bath. You’re supposed to stay in for 15 minutes, I made it 3 LONG minutes and I was done —- it was quite the experience. Glad I did it, but I wouldn’t do it again.

The weather was perfect, but the company was even better.

LOVE spending time with my friend. ❤️ GREAT suggestion Cris. Can’t wait for our next adventure.

In Paris with my dad. We are staying in the Moulin Rouge area and saw the show, it was stunning.

Tomorrow we catch a train to Lyon to start our Viking River cruise Avignon.

This is our 6th cruise together. So excited to spend time with my dad.

How lucky am I….

Did a little magic in this great home.

Some rooms were repainted, the dining room light was changed, the kitchen cabinets were painted, we added window film to select windows, the furniture was repositioned furniture and we brought in some accessories.

The results were fabulous!!!

Take a look at this amazing fireplace transformation.

The wide molding was removed from the ceiling section of the fireplace and replaced with a 1/2” molding. The lower section of the mantle molding was removed and not replaced.

Then a stone facade was placed on top of the original red brick. Additionally, black slate tile was laid on the floor in front of the fireplace. WOW 🤩

We touched up some paint, installed new carpet, updated some light fixtures. repositioned the owners furniture, helped them pack, and brought in our staging items. From start to finish it took us 2 weeks. WOW !!!!

After the owner moved out, we were brought into stage this two bedroom townhouse.

We worked with painters, landscaper, and a contractor to do minimal updates.

Some furniture remained. We deep cleaned then brought in additional furniture, accessories and staging items to complete the design.
