I’m OFFICIALLY down a pants size and over 30 pounds!!! I have only been down under 200 pounds twice since having the kids & I’m a little over 20 pounds to that mark! I got it off in 2013 and gradually gained it back after my Mom passed in 15 & then some. At my highest wait, I was 256!!!! No, I’m not on Ozempic or WeGovy..etc, no shame in that game. I just prefer to put in the sweat equity, ie: change my eating habits, exercise…finding new ways to keep it interesting, get good sleep, be spiritually and mentally in tune with my body, drink water, break bad habits….etc. I’m up to 1.5 liters of water a day. I’m so darn proud of me!! Thanks to the CRAPPY Dr at Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospitalfor giving me the push!! You have to love a Dr that really isn’t a Dr who makes you feel as big as an ant and basically tells you you’re fat without saying you’re fat. NEWS ALERT!!! Fat doesn’t cause RA!!! And, this time..I WILL keep it off!!!!
