We regret to announce Friday July 3, 2026 will be the last day Mississippi Cottage Antiques will be open to the public.
Unfortunately, after 19 years in business the decision to close the business has been made.
Several factors led to this decision. One of them being the construction project on Cody Road that for the last 2 summers that has made getting to and from the shop a challenge.
To the customers that would otherwise have come to shop at the Cottage and enjoyed their time there, we are sorry you missed out.
To the wonderful repeat local customers and visitors from all over the world who came and spent time with us, a heart-felt “Thank You”!
We will miss you, but we also believe that when one door closes, God opens another!
The final sale of merchandise and fixtures will be held August 21-23, 2026.

We are searching for a mature and dependable local retiree that would be interested in working thursdays 10am to 4pm and fridays from 10am to 5pm. This person could also get additional hours filling in for vacations. Starting salary is $12 per hour. This includes 20% off on all non-consignment merchandise. Please reply with pm.
