Thank y’all for messaging me anytime you see my videos, my content, or anyone using my tutorial/files in a why they shouldn’t. Unfortunately with a lot of attention my creations have gotten comes the ugly side of it. Everyone wants to use it to make money or have their own viral moment. I’ve been there done that when it came to my bleached shirt business and I let it destroy my business and love for that craft. This time around I’ve hired a legal team. I will let them start sending out cease and desist letters. If those are ignored I will sue. I file copyright on all my videos, files, and tutorials! Take this as the one and only warning not to steal my content or information!
I know people that use my tutorial will have questions. If you are making your own cheersticks and posting videos/pictures of your creations this doesn’t apply to you. If you aren’t sharing my tutorial information for free for anyone to see or selling it to others then this doesn’t apply to you.
If you are a customer that’s been scammed I’m sorry this happened, but I will no longer be able to make a free item because I feel bad. I’ve done that often over the last few months and it’s cost me way too much money. If you don’t order through my Etsy then you more than likely aren’t buying from me.
