(Heck of a good deal from a customer in Oregon)

21' 6 Wall Mongolian Yurt from SunTime imported in 2016. Includes wood floor & porch - $6,500 (Estacada OR)
Outer cover was replaced when the company offered an upgrade to heavier canvas.
Replacement Yak hair ropes from the company, brand new, are still in their shipping box.
The crown cover at the top, available from SunTime, needs to be replaced.

Includes all the parts (except footings) for a roofed porch deck I had built with wood screw construction.
Plus a custom made sturdy 21' circular floor pieced together using 3-ply tongue-in-groove plywood.
Includes four electric outlets to install in the floor.
You would need to supply the deck supports for the wood floor.

Danish Morso wood stove complete with all venting used in the yurt for 3 winters may be purchased separately.
Nature's Head composting toilet I used is also available for purchase.
