Many people ask how I do “all the things”. Got this order Friday, baked after date night, up at 6:30 to ice the base before going to the gym on Saturday, had brunch with some friends with a little bit of ragnar planning, came home took my son to a bday party, home again to do as much as I could detail wise in 1.5hrs, picked up The girls and dinner, finished up a few more details and went to celebrate another friends birthday, home at 10 to finish the final details, bed at 11, up 7 to take pictures and package ❤️

Some Fun facts about business: I like to have at least a week to work bake Monday, decorate Tuesday, details Wednesday, package Thursday/Friday. This gives me time to take care of my family, do photo shoots, edit photo shoots and start over just in case I screw it up 🤣.

BUT I also love a challenge. I realize I can say no and I do sometimes but where is the fun in that 🤣

The biggest thing with Royal icing cookies is they need time to dry (thankfully I have a dehydrator) or else all the hard work will get smooshed and it won’t have the same wow factor for your guests.
